Hackathon-oriented management

23 Nov 2011

I've found out that I am usually 100 times more productive when I decide to write a program within one day. It's surely tiring, but rewarding at the same time.

Right now what I really need is to persevere. The key to persevere for me is to hold hackathons frequently. This is what I will try for the next week.

Here is the element of a hackathon:

  • A very clear and focused goal (and scope)
  • 10 hours with no interruption
  • Single platform only. No implementation on 2 platforms within a single hackathon

I think this should work very well for me.

Give it a kudos
